ABOUT
Background:
Tom Roth played locally at Good Counsel High School and at Shippensburg University. He is the Developmental Commissioner for McLean Youth Basketball, coaches for the Virginia Hurricanes AAU program, coaches the 6th Grade Girls' MYB Select team and has coached in Arlington, McLean and Maryland in the past.

Coaching Style
His coaching style is all positive. Focuses include teamwork, dribbling with your head up, making the extra pass, help side defense, quick transitions, pick and rolls, passing and cutting, spacing on offense, screening away from the ball and proper shooting form.

Personal
Tom resides in Mclean with his wife and 2 daughters. Interests outside of coaching include playing basketball, running and spending time outside with family.
